About Us

  • How long have you been in business?

 I started selling art prints in 2015, and it wasn't until after I started learning about Junk journals in 2019, that I started to get more into selling as a small business. I added Artist Teddy Bears to my collection only at the end of 2021, when I fell in love with the craft. I have been selling on Etsy for many years, and have now decided to launch my own website in 2022. I started selling craft materials and kits as well as my own original fabrics in 2025.

  • From where do you operate?

Melbourne, Australia.

  • Do you run workshops?

I currently run small workshops at markets and craft events. I hope to start running longer workshops later this year (2026). 

Returns

  • Do you accept returns/exchanges?

My handmade products are all unique, and I would not be able to offer an exchange as there is unlikely to be an item that is the same. My handmade products will have clear descriptions of their conditions and any wears/marks on them, therefore, I would not be able to offer any returns/exchanges based on this. 

If you have concerns about returns/exchanges for a designed manufactured product or craft materials, this may be arranged. Please contact me for further information.

  • Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? 

Sorry, this is not possible at this stage.

Shipping

  • To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

I ship worldwide from Australia. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to ship your order. 

If the item is made to order, please allow one week for the item to be made, and then 3-5 days for the item to be shipped.

*please note- I am confused about Tariffs to the USA and am looking into it. Please let me know if you are in the USA and need your order in a hurry. (March 2026 update)

  • How do you price your postage? 

Postage is priced based on the weight and size of the package. 

What Courier do you use?

  • I use Australia Post. Express post via Aus Post is available at an extra cost, please let me know if you would like this option. 
    (I had previously used Sendle, however it is not suitable for all addresses particularly those in rural areas)
